How will my information be handled after The CuteKid closure? Will my information be sold or shared with third parties?
After the closure of The CuteKid, we want to assure you that we have no intention of selling or sharing any personal information. Your privacy is important to us. While the original privacy policy outlined potential scenarios for information sharing, we want to make it clear that, moving forward, your data will be handled with care, and we will not sell or share it with any third parties.
Will photos in my account be removed or deleted?
As part of the closure process, all user photos stored and associated with your CuteKid account will be deleted. However, to allow users the opportunity to retrieve or delete their images before the closure, you will have until February 28, 2024 to take action regarding the photos in your account. After February 28, 2024, they will be permanently removed from our system.
Will I be refunded for the submission fees paid for 2024 entries?
Yes. Refunds for 2024 submission fees will be processed as part of the closure procedure. You can expect a refund to be issued to the original payment method used during your submission. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the refund process please contact us at support@thecutekid.com for assistance. We aim to make this process as seamless as possible for our users.
