Cute Kids was started by a group of Internet professionals. After their
own children were born they wanted a place to share their child’s photos
with the world. After doing some research they found that there was a need
for a legitimate baby photo contest
hence the birth of TheCuteKid.com.
Their motto became “Smile, Snap, Show the world.” Their ultimate goal was
to bring parents of cute kids in contact with modeling and acting professionals
around the country via an Internet baby photo contest. It wasn’t long before their
baby photo contest grew into one of the largest in the world. They also added
additional categories for older children up to age twelve. Because they know that
there are cute kids at every age and wanted to give them an opportunity to be
discovered as well.
Unlike some online baby contests that are judged by parents or one or two
professionals, Cute Kids photo contest is judged by an entire panel of
professionals ranging from modeling agents to beauty pageant winners. Each month
their VoteTracker™ scoring system tracks the vote of each judge and then calculates
the monthly winner as well as the overall CuteKid™ winner. They also offer monthly
baby contests instead of yearly or quarterly contests like others.
Besides offering parents a great opportunity to enter a baby picture contest they
recently opened their own Cute Kids clothing line. They have also formed partnerships
with many television shows that cast children like The Nanny or CBS’s new Kids
Gameshow airing soon. Their site also includes parenting articles and ideas about how
to get your child into modeling.
TheCuteKid.com is more than just a site for showing off Cute Kids, it is a great
resource for parents everywhere.
