Paranormal Activity has surprisingly outperformed Saw 6 at the box office!

According to THR “Paranormal Activity” has expanded to 1,945 theaters on Friday, landing at the first place on box office charts with an estimated earning of $7.6 million. During the same day, “Saw 6″ took in only $7 million while playing in almost 3,000 theaters. The 6th installment will fall well short of the $30.1 million opening of last year’s “Saw 5″ and could become the lowest grossing film in the franchise (Saw 2 – Saw 5).
