GMA stands for Good Morning America. The GMA Baby Talk Contest is one of the most famous baby photo contests. It is a contest where babies of the age group 4-24 months can participate. The GMA Baby Talk contest is all about getting your baby on the cover page of the magazine “Baby Talk” and winning some exciting cash prizes!

GMA Baby Talk Contest 2009:

This year’s contest was bigger then ever before. GMA Baby Talk Contest 2009 ended on May 31, 2009.
The viewers and readers of GMA Baby Talk Contest are in the process of voting for their favorite baby. The voting will end on September 7, 2009 at 11:59 pm. The winner will appear on the cover page of the magazine in the November 2009 edition. In addition, the winner will get a cash prize of $1,000.

Amongst all the applicants, GMA Baby Talk contest selects eight semi-finalists. They get a paid trip to New York and a photo shoot there. A team of talent industry experts then select 3 finalists after the photo shoot. Baby Talk readers and “Good Morning America” viewers then vote online and choose the best baby. The viewers and readers decide which one of the finalists they would like to see on the cover page of Baby Talk and appear on ABC’s “Good Morning America”- The semi finalists and the finalists get a chance to win amazing gifts and cash prizes.

Amongst the eight semi-finalists, the three finalists have been selected already and the voting lines are open. The three finalists are as follows: Rhianyn McIntyre, 11 months old from Chesterfield, Missouri, Nikhil Gursahaney, 18 months old from Clifton, Virginia and Rowan Spracklen, 14 months old from Erie, Pennsylvania. These three finalists were with their families who enjoyed watching their little ones pose for the photo shoot sponsored by GMA Baby Talk Contest.

Participating in GMA Baby Talk Contest:

To participate in GMA Baby Talk Contest, all you had to do was enter an online entry form and also upload the best picture of your baby on to Baby Talk website (www.babytalk.com). If you think your baby is really cute and you want to see him on the cover page of a world renowned magazine, then you are at the right place. GMA Baby Talk Contest does not accept any professional photos. Just a simple photo that captures the personality and charm of your little one. This is all that GMA is looking for.

History of GMA Baby Talk Contest:

The GMA Baby Talk cover contest began about 10 years ago. Baby Talk magazine partnered with GMA four years ago. It has received a lot of success over a period of time.

The winner of GMA Baby Talk Contest of 2008 was the adorable Addison Rogers. The GMA Baby Talk contest had tens of thousands of beautiful baby applicants last year!
